  • 14- Day Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full or partial refund.
  • Condition of the Product:
    • Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, the returned item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the same packaging in which it was received.
    • Partial Refund: Items that are returned damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery, may be subject to a partial refund. The exact amount will be determined by Quantus Life LLC. on a case-by-case basis.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Quantus Life LLC. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges:
    • At this time, we only offer refunds and not exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, you will need to return the original item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (personalized or made-to-order), and personal care goods. Products such as “wearable technologies” or products that have to have contact with your person can not be returned due to Covid mandates for health safety.   • International Returns:
    • International returns might be subject to additional conditions. Please contact our customer service for detailed information if you're making a return from outside The United States Of America.
