PhysioK Tape should be applied by a trained professional. Some individuals may be trained to self-administer. For some injuries continuous application may be necessary to demonstrate positive effects.

• Clean and dry skin before application.
• Cut tape to fit target areas.
• Apply 10 minutes before activity.
• Apply comfortably tight.
• Rub to set adhesive.
• Do not stretch tape ends, only middle.
• Can be worn up to 72 hours.

To remove, pull gently and hold skin closest to tape down. Store tape in cool, dry place. Allow tape to come to room temperature before applying.

Storage: Avoid storing PhysioK Tape in high temperature or direct sunlight.

Warning: If there is any sign or indication of skin irritation (itching, redness, rash etc) discontinue use immediately. If skin reaction occurs, consult your healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children.
